Just as expected Elkad razed Forza.
Looks like a flawless victory there for him. Fortunately my CKN killed all his catapults, which netted me the expected Great General. His troops are also all damaged, so I at least get a little breather.
More of his troops have shown up north of Liquid. The big question is are they going to attack or defend against Shallow, because...
... Shallow had a huge spike in power from him whipping knights. Come on Shallow. Now or never.
Of course back at home I put every city on unit production mainly CKN. Next turn it's time for the
My great person is born this turn and it's a merchant. I used it to bulb Civil Service. But I did not immediately convert to bureaucracy, because I can't have the 1 turn anarchy right now. But this allowed me to start some maceman.
You know, Civ, sometimes I hate you. Of course Superdeath got his holy city right at my border and I checked and I will loose the iron tile east of Byblos to Superdeath next turn. Great, good job RNG.
This just leaves RFS to deal with. First I killed and deleted a worker from Elkad on the silk. At least I did a little bit of damage that way.
With a heavy heart I retreated my troops and offered RFS a peace treaty. These are my reasons:
- If he accepts it my troops will be teleported towards Liquid Flame, where I need them to defend against Elkad.
- I could stay and try killing RFS, but I would not be able to settle and defend these new cities against Elkad.
- Loosing troops against RFS won't help me against Elkad.
- As long as RFS is here both Elkad and Shallow won't be able to get more land here and either one of them has to work through RFS defenses.
- Exdeath is unhappy because of war. This will propably not go away with just this peace offer.
I'm very sorry, RFS, that I was not able to finish the job. But once again Coeurva/Elkad has forced me to this decision.
With the fall of Forza I also lost the rice, which hurts a lot, because many cities were depend on that.
I had planned to do Graphs and Cities, SMT goals and Who's winning?, but I forgot to take screenshots before I left the game. So I will do them next turn. Sorry for that.

Oof, that is rough. How many CKN do you currently have? Has RFS accepted your peace dec?
I'm sorry: i thought you had war/peaced Elkad before declaring war. Rats.

I only lost 1 CKN in the fight for Forza. No I did not war/peaced Elkad. But even if I did, the peace deal would have expired by now or in the next turns. So that would not have changed much.

OMG. Thank you so mich RFS for this peace deal. Now I have a chance to defend Liquid Flame. And this is how the front on this side looks now:
I expect that Elkad will move onto the hill. From there he will see Sandworm and will likely attack and raze it in the next turn. There's no way I can defend it, but at least I get to whip another CKN from there. Oh and while we are on this side of the front, I missed that my scouting chariots killed two of Elkad's horse archers. I'm proud of you my little chariots.
Elkad kept on advancing with his praetorians. Fortunately there are only 1-movers so I have some time to whip out an army. Note that he also brought a healer with him.
The situation in the north does not look better. Superdeath is teching Construction and will likely join the war against me soon with knights. I hope that I at least get the chance to whip that CKN in Byblos, but I will most likely retreat my units to Galura next turn.
Still no sign of movement from Shallow and as you can see Magic has Longbowmen, good for him. Unfortunately they have to go to war soon or otherwise the advantage against Elkad will be gone. Oh and Magic offered me a rice for cow deal which I gladly took. Thanks buddy.
Well my friends, I hate to say this, but if Shallow does not join the war soon, it will be the end of our journey. I'm far back in tech and there is no way I can recover. Even if Shallow joins there is no hope of accomplishing anything important in this game.

Don't be afraid I will still keep on posting regularly. This will be a nicely reported downfall.

Who's winning?
- Shallow: He's in a great position right now. He's leading in tech or at least I expect that. Still has two allies in me and Magic. His biggest problem is Elkad. He needs to make his army count in the next turns.
- Elkad: Swallowing a lot of territory from me will help him grow even more, but I won't make it so easy for him. He will also enjoy a bigger border with Superdeath in the future, which could be reason for tensions.
- Superdeath: Worked his way up to the top, but a lot depends on what Shallow will do with his army.
- Magic: Like me he does not have any chance of winning this. But he will be somewhat of a king maker.
- Me: I'm still bigger as RFS (for now), but I'm basically out.
- RFS: I'm so sorry. Hopefully Shallow or Elkad will finish the job.

Keep on fighting!
Also: if you keep 2 units in Sandworm, I don't think he can take it. He only has 1 two mover?
Additionally, did you burn the merchant bulb on an incomplete civil service? Oof...
