I could keep the text but...most of it won't make sense without the context of the video. I mean, why would you want to see comments like "out of ammo already?" when it's not the battle where it happens?

Watch the first half hour...
The book/retort selection isn't ideal, drop alchemy/1L and get chaos/omniscient, which is as much as spellweaver; drop spellweaver and get+1D (darkness), +1C (warp creature).
Why don't you do spearmen to scout quicker?
Don't buff your first ghoul gah, that costs maintenance, and at the beginning your ghouls risk to be destroyed much more than later on, and 2 ghouls deal more damage than a FM one...
20: at that point you can already get the WWs, if you enter with also the swordsmen and spread damage a bit. Scout with a spearman!
Yes an island is bad, you need to get at war with the first AI you find.

Yup, never use buffs until your stack is full (except utility buffs that are gsnechsbfers like invisibility or magic immunity).

I'm not a fan of warp creature myself, but it certainly can be made to work.

Generally I wouldn't ever take books that don't provide guaranteed common buffs, although omniscient chaos can work. But usually I'd rather take cult leader plus an extra life book for heavenly light, unless playing rich dwarves or maybe dark elves.

Why not try one of the suggested builds?

Also, assuming you don't, a reasoning for each pick is helpful.

(2 death, 5 sorcery and life - at least 2 of each - conjuror, tactician, then probably an extra life and cult leader plus one other thing or omniscient and 2 chaos)
