Okay. A couple of thoughts, then...
*Can one or two of CH's 3 workers be sent to road up to the NE city site? That location has great potential and the faster it starts the better, I think.
*What do you think of whipping out the forge this turn at CH? That would then give us 29 hammers of overflow, which would then give us a 2-turn missionary, and Centralia would get Hinduism around T100.
*We had pretty significant overflow at SP, so I switched build to the forge this turn. We can go back to catapult next turn, but why not take the extra 2 hammers thanks to OR?
*With both sheep back up, and only working cottages, Centralia grows fast! At this pace, in 10 turns the city will be size 8. Assuming we grow into the two partial cottages and then the completed mines, we will be at size 9 at T110... getting 38 bpt before any boni, and getting 11 hpt before boni. Not bad for this phase of the game...
