Sigh, i have so few hitters, Cairo has has 40000 caravels nearby with his comparable ( but less tech ) stack sitting behind the city. Was hoping to make it painful to attack my rifles but of course, OH had to be OH... and he unloaded some grenadiers and smacked 2 of the rifles leaving 1 + a worker. I left only one worker because i figured due to my luck something like this would happen. So now im pausing in Carthage to hope that either OH takes my 10 turn peace i threw him, OR moves his fleet away so i can actually do something. Sigh.

Whats left of my civ so far. If i was a poorer sport id have removed defenses from all but my non-boatable city. As it is, im going to just fall back to Ursa's PowerPlant.. and hold there till i die. OH's been able to roll over me like i was nothing, and that really saddens me. I thought my game position prior to Cairo attacking me wasnt THAT bad.. apparently i was wrong. Im going to need to look real hard at my civ play to avoid these kinds of scenarios

Also, i still say fuck-you to Cairo for starting this whole war and preventing me from having a better tech lead than i had.   

Will i outlast Lewwyn? Will i get to use any catapults without them getting absolutly WRECKED by some stupid good micro by OH? Stay tuned!

Moving forward in the future of pitboss games.. ( and random things to keep me/lurkers entertained )
1: Make OH have no dedlurkers ;-0 his micro is just too good!
2: Krill cannot join any PB if he flakes out like he did in this one. #1 civ for most of the game, is/has been taking 10-12min turns... Thats UH, not what id call good.
3: OH owes me like... 1000 gold in some future pitboss, whether thats thru conquest gold.. or thru the diplo screen... i will get it.
4: I both want and really DONT want another pb to be on a water map. I suck HORRIBLY at naval combat/production it seems, and i cannot predict where someone is going to land when they have 12movement ships.. lol But i gotta get better somehow right?
5: @lurkers Seeing as how im dead in the water at this point... ( everyone but OH, Gav, and Krill ) How would you have played out my start? Was it fairly winnable? It was fun to play, but i question what i could have done to secure a better placement.


6: I need city naming ideas for future pb's, any help?

Sorry just saw this, the 1000 gold is what OH demanded for peace about.... 25 turns ago or so. He then re-declared on the 11th turn after that peace treaty. It basically set me back 5-6 turns on rifling tech, and i was/am a bit salty that a redeclare was issued after such a heavy demand. Would have rather been at war.. /shrug, the whole game has been a big shitastic affair since krill has remained inert.

Logged in, decided krill didnt need his 1300 gold in his treasury, so i asked him for it. If he isnt going to put it to good use... someone should. How would i, master of 6 cities, use it? Why... idk, but it might change the outcome of the game more than if he used it lol.

Also: fuck you, Krill. You have practically stopped playing a couple of months ago which was the main reason Harry was able to catch up and the game dragged on long enough that I stopped caring about it. And now you don't want to give me leave? Fuck you with a rusty screwdriver, man.

That statement has so much truth in it. Although im kinda suprised that Gav is wanting to throw the game to OH, i can understand it. If i wasnt in the position to be "screw OH" id LOVE to take over for Gav lol..

I have a question, what was it that tipped you off to my invasion? Was it my EP spending?

Also, in case you were wondering, I only really attacked you because I assumed, with Krill giving up, that the game was going end soon, and I wanted to do something with the army and navy I'd built to attack OH.

Your massive EP spending into little O'l me. Wasnt really a reason to dump EP into me when there was OH/Gav from what i could see so i got curious, then i found a boatload of ships and figured id better prepare for a fight.

I was hopeful that we could have fought OH together, or you could have backstabbed him.. but i understand your line of reasoning.
