I‘m building a settler for the Superdeath border. Also researching Civil Service for Bureaucracy. Screenshot showing changed colors to Orange to test that function of PBSpy. I think I changed my colors back to the same red but didnt make note of exactly which color set I was on before changing it to orange.

Is it a game admin only thing?
"I know that Kilpatrick is a hell of a damned fool, but I want just that sort of man to command my cavalry on this expedition."
- William Tecumseh Sherman
Yep! Colors can be changed a game admin at any time ... although the color appears to only take effect when logging in so you can’t cycle through and test multiple colors schemes while logged into the game. But it is a nice feature if you find yourself neighboring someone of a confusingly similar color ... or forget to request a different color at game start ... or maybe just want a change of scenery?
... or if you want to mess with the players and make them thing they accidentally logged in to the wrong civ The color changes aren’t logged in the web app.
Quote:Losing Pyramids has to be a huge blow to Superdeath. I still think that he was in 4th place behind JR4/Wetbandit/Cairo who I think are all about even, but now without Pyramids I don't think he has a shot at catching the leaders. I still think this is still accurate. Not sure how this will end honestly.
Oh, hey! We're not last in anything!
We are slowly crawling our way out of the stone age. I've been saving gold and building wealth everywhere while building Universities + Oxford. We completed Oxford University 2 turns ago and turned on tech. Now I have turned on tech and am building research everywhere. Once I burn through the gold I'll flip the cities back to wealth to keep research at (or near) 100%. The research bar is covered, but we completed Gunpowder this turn and are progressing full speed to Rifling (10 turns) to counter the growing hordes of Cavalry [at least in our imagination, the power graph is relatively stable and it doesn't look like anyone is gearing up for war yet]. I think I'll be able to remain within tech range to make an invasion costly enough to deter the first aggressor who would get pounded ... and without the first aggressor there shouldn't be a dogpile, right
Rifling completed. I have another nefarious plot developing to burn another Superdeath city. If all goes well I’ll sacrifice 15 knights + 10 in the counterattack to wipe the eyesore of Jeffrey off the map. I’m still deciding on exactly how I want to stage things to hopefully prevent Superdeath from sniffing it out.
I'm still following! I enjoy every update! Good luck with your nefarious plot.
