Ok, when I reset the FIOS Optical Network Terminal the internet came back right away. However my roommate claimed he reset the ONT twice without effect, so who knows.... Anyways, Verizon tells me if the internet goes down again they'll send a tech out, so things should get resolved one way or another.
Regardless, I've reloaded to Kayane's login. My apologies for this technical issue.

Ugh! Although we were still up and running as of about 9:30pm EST last night (I went to bed early) we lost the connection again at some point between that time and 8:00am this morning. I've called Verizon and a tech will be at my place between 1:00pm-5:00pm EST tomorrow.

Two questions
1) Are you going to try to get it back up when you get home? If you'd rather just leave it down till the Verizon guy comes, I certianlly would not argue with the decision, just curious.
2) It appears that the last person to log in and finish the turn was Krill. I'm not sure how much time was left on the timer when it died, but I expect it was "not much". Can we pause it so that everyone can finish? We need to log in to finish a trade and may not be able to depending on when it comes back up.

I plan to leave it down. On my end I don't mind the effort into restoring the games temporarily. But because that means the turn is liable to roll after the internet connection goes down again I don't think the likelihood of a reload makes bringing things back online for a few hours worth it. I'm happy to be convinced otherwise though.

Regarding point 1, I really don't care. Just wondered if I needed to keep checking religiously tonite or if I "had the night off" (Actually, I guess I'd lean slightly to having the night off)
Point 2 is the one that concerns me the most. If it's reloaded to Krill's login, then we have 6 teams that have not played their turn yet, and the timer will have mostly run off it's time over the same 10 hour period of 3 different days. I'm concerned that no one has to miss their turn over the issue.

Seconded. Allowing teams up to 24 hours to play their turn from when the game comes back online seems reasonable (and we've finished our turn, so it doesn't affect us).
