SoZ in. Superdeath has construction - he's got colloseums up everywhere.
Attacking a guy who is at military parity and starts with 3 promos on EVERYTHING will not be fun. Maybe its time to peaceful build - pick up the Music GA, one or two of Glib, Sistine, MoM and Shwedegon, get machinery, optics and paper, pick up sankore. Either pop a GA or maybe bomb TedRadio, see if I can flip Mars. or maybe I should hit Mr Cairo. My gut says build - but imp is a war trait and Mr Cairo has put a lot of hammers into wonders - I'm not sure what the point of ToA is.

Krill took GKC's capital, so that's pretty much that for GKC. He's got a couple of cities, but.
I have Superdeath's research - he's on priesthood, presumably on his way to code of laws. 2 turns to Civil Service, then up lit to music.

So, I've been looking into a culture bomb at TedRadio and concluded that it MIGHT get me the floodplains in front of Mars, but might not. I could crank up the culture slider and get something like 16 CPT - 19 if I dumped into caste and ran an artist.
from what I can tell, that will allow me to dump 18 turns of 36-39 cpt onto those tiles, and I think superdeath has been putting 23 a turn (barracks, ger, religion) - so if he's had them less than 30 turns at that point, I would get them. Seems like a poor reward for a great person. Better would be a golden age or maybe taking Earth out of anarchy when I conquer it. I could bomb morning edition to relieve some of the cultural pressure it's on, too - or, maybe I could pop it on the southern island, which would likely give me culture on those hills on the edge and allow me to settle. That's interesting.

Well. Krill Dow'd Mr Cairo, so that kind of ends the peaceful build up idea. Can't let him eat Mr Cairo, so I guess a dog pile is in order.
Next turn, big shift - Bureau, Theocracy, Police State. Still going Lit - need the Heroic Epic. Will kick off a GA with the music artist, I think.

Disregard what was written here before. Krill Dow'ed Mr Cairo last turn, not this turn, so he's 2nd in the order.
Which means if I'm gonna attack mr Cairo, I should wait to 2nd, too. I'm a couple of turns away from being able to pile on ,though.
