Yeah, I'll do that in just a second. If you saw my post in the MP thread in the main forum, I'm having computer problems yet again frown. Video card died (so thankful for long warranties)... This should hopefully be fixed quicker than the last issue, but in the meantime I'm going to ask Strike to fill in again as he has stayed unspoiled and will continue to. If he missed the turn and/or is unable to fill in, I hope you guys will understand, but I'll do my best to make sure the game stays moving. Thanks everyone!

Okay I edited in the rules, but as far as I know the only two rules we have is the contact rule and the map trades always allowed rule. I edited in the game settings too... We should probably discuss our double move rule, shouldn't we? wink

Does the other civ (lets call it Y) have to grant you the right to speak to X (if you haven't met X directly) or is knowing that Y have contact with X enough?

As I recall it we said that Y need to approve to you contacting X before diplomatic relations can be established. I don't really care if that is correct or not - I just want to make sure we're all on the same page.
