The best argument in favor of Buck is the Sacagawea dollar coin, which was a gold color. As nearly everyone has pointed out, though, buck is a slang word pretty much exclusive to the US. I think the connection to Luck is considerably weaker. I still like water best: having heard of Goldwater is more dependent on general news consumption than age. He seems to be brought up every presidential election cycle, because of his lopsided loss, as a warning against indulging the extremist wing of the party, and because of the infamous Daisy ad.

I’m going to point to Water in an hour unless someone objects. Scooter is higher on Buck/Luck, but Dave prefers Buck and Lewwyn Luck, and Lewwyn seems to have Water as high and Dave and I have it highest.

Scooter, if you want to overrule go ahead and point to one of Luck/Buck if you’d like, I don’t object since we’re all pretty close.

Animal 3.... Well, ignoring what the other team guessed/clued i automatically go for Buck,Bear,Chick,Dog, then maybe octopus?

Taking into account the other teams guesses/clues it leaves us basically with the following: Bear-Chick-Dog. Although id order it as Bear-Dog-Chick.

IF it werent for the fact that there are techincally 4! different "animals" on the list, id have gone ahead and pointed to them already.
