Old-fashioned maple donuts are already basically a Tectonics script smile

I'm not picky about what the map looks like and would be happy to let the mapmaker exercise discretion. I picked Pangaea because I don't want to be separated on post-Astronomy continents, that's all.

I mean as our distinguished mapmaker, if that's what you want to do...... I can break the tie with let Commodore free!!!!!!

I would like to wait for until this weekend see if we can get 1 or 2 more. Thoughts?

As far as assigning dedlurkers: no idea. I could put a column in the spreadsheet and you could just claim someone I guess? Any better ideas?

Ok in that case I make it easy for everybody. I dedlurk El Grillo mostly because I like koalas and he posted an excellent base map. twirl

I just want one of my pitbosses on here to be pb2-like. I thought it was an overall great map ( needs some modern tweaks of course ) and i love donut map script when it comes to backlines/ect.

I mean when the mapmaker volunteers to do a creative mesh between all 3, can you blame me for going that direction  crazyeye

Don't let me discourage anyone from following their bliss. Do need to know what wrap (flat, cylinder, toroid).
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.

Well for the full pb2 experience it would have to be toroidal wrap, as long as people are okay with the consequences in terms of increased maintenance costs and limited backlines. Cylindrical donuts are weird because half the players have more neighbors, and flat is most straightforward to play, but player interaction is basically dictated by where you start and who you're next to.

I'd vote toroidal personally.

While id love pb2/donut ect... im not holding the game up by stomping feet ect. Left to the mapmakers choice imo. ( just dont give me a pb47 start again plz! )

Someone posted in the RB discord yesterday about wanting to join a pitboss and I linked them to this thread, but so far no word from them. 7 players should be enough to start with, right?
