Adding BUG and BULL to RtR

Two suggestions before PB48 and 49 kick off:

- Work boats don't seem to pay the ocean movement tariff - is that deliberate?
- The five turns of enforced war is bugged - if you can't fix it the option should probably be turned off

The work boat change was a balance change done by Krill. It's better if he answers that question.

The enforced war bug is unfixable right now. But it is only a Game Option ("No Immediate Peace" or something similar). I will remove the game option with the next update, but even then you can just leave that option off.

Any ideas what's wrong here? I tried to adjust some BUG settings and lots of errors popped up.

Is it because my C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete\Beyond the Sword\Mods\ folder requires administrator permission to do stuff in it - how do I stop that?

Edit: Seems like running Civ as administrator fixed it.

As far as I know, yes BUG needs administrator permission.

It is writing to the prog files directory. Those mod style ini files should be in the my games directory. Try creating an empty mod folder (same name as existing mod) under my games. I think BUG will check there before flipping over to prog files directory.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Well good that we have one of the original developers here. I didn't know that.

Solution is don't install civ in program files.
Windows has gotten sticky about writing to that directory over the years since civ shipped.

petition for a better lurking experience:

In BTS games, you have leaderheads and civ flags on the scoreboard (or is this just PBmod?). In our modded games,  you have leader/civ as text,  but as everyone renames at least the leader, as a lurker who isn't following very closely you can't tell easily who's who (players will know this ofc). So could we get those symbols,  in addition to the player names, so lurkers can get that info from any game screenshot?
Would be useful to make this a standard setting,  as players may not know and often will not care enough to dig through the menus,  as they don't really need it.

The leaderhead and civ flag is from PBmod, the leader/civ combo from BUG. I've already made leader/civ the standard, which is the same info from PBSpy. I will look into adding the leaderhead and civ flag, too.
