It would fit this game if Donovan wins with a culture victory, which the others never discovered because Mr. Cairo always was top player in culture
 EDIT: But seriously I expect that after Mr.Cairo has been taken care of, Superdeath and Wetbandit would probably unite against JR4 out of spite.
