AMERICA gives guns to and then bloodily suppresses freedom FIGHTERs around EMBASSYs. That's my gut three, don't get a fourth.

*reading spoilers* I'm sure there was a bill called the freedom BILL. PARK I'm not that confident on.

AMERICA and FIGHTER are pretty obvious. And then I agree with BILL and EMBASSY, (though I`d probably guess them in reverse order). Do we have enough support for them or should we consider PARK? That`s assuming our first two guesses are correct.
