Thoughts:

Excellent job, team, never missed a word, though the fourth round resulted from a couple minor missteps on both ends.

You all nailed the first clue.

For "Wrestling", I missed the Belt connection myself. I next clued only Straw in an attempt to get you to attempt another of the Wrestling words (though I figured you were equally likely to pick Beat; we were ahead enough it probably wouldn't matter), but El Grillo jumped the gun just a little lol I was tempted to make the final clue "Team", but figured it was a little too cute and might backfire if you talked yourselves into selecting Gold or Bat or something instead.


As for SD's clues, I was certain he was going to lead with Trump (4) (Racket, Wall, Gold, America) or (5) (+ Beat), but the broader Freedom clue appeared to confuse Red for the rest of the game. Guessing Park was supposed to equal Rosa Parks?

I was surprised though that Red didn't make the Racket = Rigged connection.

Ah, I normally wouldn’t expect to keep guessing for a N clue that had already yielded N correct words, but you’re certainly right in that I should’ve at least let the other team members have a say about what a 1 clue might mean in that context. Well done everyone!

Huh, I was right about PARK all along. Obviously miles away from the other words though... GG

Is it El Grillo and I for Round 2? I've gotten insanely busy over the week but I should be able to find some time over the weekend to plan some clues.
