Sulla's and others posting in the lurker thread always makes me excited to see that people are reading through my posts. Here's a quick update on the
Three cities are planned for the south. The cows one will come after a granary is chopped+whipped out, since it'll take a galley and a settler from Dehli or Bombay.
The fish city is self-explanatory, but will also serve as a launching point towards giraflorens eventually.
The hill city will take Bombay's pig, while Bombay takes the capital's corn. Although silver should be connected reasonably soon, I do not see any luxuries nearby that are easily usable. Therefore it makes sense to cap growth by sharing the pig/corn between three cities like so. Plus, this is a city on a hill and therefore will provide a great opportunity to defend against Ramk as well as serve as a launching point against kulumbi saleh. I usually do not make defensive considerations when planting cities, trying to first and foremost maximize growth and commerce, but this seems to be best of both worlds.
A very late sailing next turn should provide at least 3 commerce, but probably something closer to 8 because of the open borders available. This will put me in GNP lead, or at least, while Plemo runs 0% ;(

If gira doesn't notice the obvious threat, he loses 3 workers next turn lmfao

What the fuck, I even sent in my warrior first to maybe get a hit off. Oh well, I had to take a gamble for 3 workers, there was absolutely no other choice in this situation. Mobilizing about 7 spears/axes total on that front.

Lost a city to ramk and gira each. I basically think this is Plemo's game to win unless Grillo and Lazteuq can get their shit together. My expansion prospects just weren't as good as Plemo's (although, far better than poor Ramk's).
I plan to unleash catapults and an all-out invasion on Ramk. He has minimal garrisons in all his cities, and thought it ok to just go ahead and grab a city? I will rain hell-fire on him - maybe this type of meta-gaming passes on civforum, but I'm just about done with his passive-aggressive stomping on my borders turn in turn out without committing any real forces whatsoever. My power graph is spiking higher than his skirmisher's javelins and in the words of beardbeard:

Settling some territory in the north, hopefully towards someone like vanrober or MJMD. Maybe there are easy pickings up there. If not, I am whipping to the ground and throwing everything at Ramk or gira, neither of whom seem to have catapults.

Ramk staked like 5-6 protective skirms in a border city, no point in attacking him, but his power graph spiked with skirmisher builds. Perfect moment for me to pivot and knock out gira, who hasn't built a single unit since our last unfortunate conflict. I have some more promoted axes, so that should help deal with his promotion-laden nonsense.

Swapping into bureaucracy and hereditary rule in 3 turns, (during a golden age), going to invade gira with a doomstack and wipe him out, but looks like Lazteuq will steal much of any potential conquest. Gearing up with a small fleet to send to vanrober loaded with maces and xbows in about 15-20 turns to wipe out his island cities and if lucky, push into his mainland. Surprised Plemo hasn't attacked me, but I think he is more concerned with El Grillo or ramk than me. Plus, my lands are 100% less interesting than either of theirs.

I think the main mistake this game was getting locked into a war with gira that I didn't manage successfully, and allowing myself to opportunistically get sniped by Ramk twice. I should've secured my borders, moved north into the tundra cities far earlier, and gotten all of those cities vanrober has been late to settle, just as I was. I think there's very little I can do at this point to make a mark on the game, much less win.
Losing hundreds of hammers in wars that went nowhere, combined with a starting hand of terrain that I didn't play well (again, should've gone north earlier), is a recipe for being 2x behind in score compared to the leading power.
