I don't recognize that word, is it a poem or saying or something like that? I'm thinking ROME, but I have no idea after that...

I'm not sure if T-Hawk thought our +1 was TUBE or BOOM, but I don't think it particularly matters for this turn at least (it will next turn). I don't see any particularly obvious choices for what to go for next, so I'm fine with pretty much anything.
