Caster of Magic Release thread : latest version 6.06!

They should be in the folder you installed the game into. If I remember correctly the Slitherine installer does ask where to install unlike Steam which uses the same mandatory folder for everyone.
If you don't know where it is, running a search in windows for "save1.gam" should find it for you assuming you used the first save slot.

It's bizarre, but they aren't there. The only save1.gam to save9.gam files that come up when I search are other old DOSBox version of MoM and of Master of Orion I and II. No .gam files exist in the Slitherine CoM folder or anywhere in the Slitherine install that I can see. & I have all nine slots used. I'm trying to do deeper searches now, but nothing has come up yet.

Edit: I finally found it, in Users/[me]/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files (x86)/Slitherine/Master of Magic/Master of Magic Caster of Magic DLC. I've attached what I believe is the correct save.

Update: I was able to use an autosave from a turn or two ago & continue the game without the hang. So it's not a major problem but something you might be interested in. An autosave from earlier in the same turn lead to the same hang.

Bless text says +5 defense against spells. But apparently it does not provide defense against death Unit’s ranged attacks. Does it work vs. Shadow Demons’ ranged spell attack?

Can a Chaos Channeled flying Galley wind walk carry another nonflying Galley? AI seems to do that.

Darkness is displayed for 25 mana, but I can cast it for 20.

Terror’s -1 To Hit applies to Undead units too that are Immune to Death Magic. Intended?

Bug? Steam Cannon did not get +3 range attack from Blazing March. 

Bug? I had Undead Great Lizard with Land Link spell on it. I casted Mystic Surge. It rolled Magic Immunity, True Sight, and Orihalcon. It lowered its Melee by 1. It lowered its Resistance by 2. Both are wrong as per text.

Neutral AI Angel casts True Sight on itself. It already has Illusions Immunity. Not smart from the AI.

No. "Spells" refer to spells, not magical ranged attacks.

No, ships can't be carried.

Help text wasn't updated in 6.05 it seems, will be fixed in next version.

Yes.

Rock attacks are not missile attacks, works as intended.

The lizard stopped being a Death creature, maybe Darkness was in effect so it lost that bonus?

Yes, I noticed, it's on the list of things that need to be fixed in the next update. Let's hope there is room to add this extra condition.

When playing with game music off and event music on, some pieces of music break the game audio. In particular, uncommon and rare summoning music plays weirdly and keeps playing until other event music is triggered.

See attached save. 4 tiles E of Red’s capital. It looks like flying Galley is carrying swimming Galley

Is there a save file for the turn before the ship went there? It definitely shouldn't be there but unless I know what caused it to move there, I can't fix it.
