Have to go to bed now but was very close to calling it. How this is viewed will depend of Joe Manchin's actions... Edit: For example, if he switches parties DEMs will be viewed as falling one seat sort.

You are as bad as Fox with Arizona on 4-Nov . I just peeked and with 45% reporting it seems the Dems are doing slightly better than they did in round one.

One thing I will call, whatever the outcome Trump will use it to justify his “stolen election” allegations.

Hah, that's a gimmie.
I can't be bothered to actually confirm this, but I think RB's own MJW has a better record than most pundits. I also appreciate that his contributions to the politics thread are actual political prognostications, and not more of the same shit people like me write.

He’s been very good. It’s been an impressive run.
I don’t see why MJW thinks Manchin is likely to flip parties - I mean, he voted to impeach Trump and didn’t require that much convincing to do it.

It's not likely but I just picked the worst case for DEMs.

He called another damn one right it looks like .
I care less who controls the Senate and more that this results in the GOP finally distancing themselves from Trump. Since morality hasn't done it, hard political ramifications will have to serve.

Gz to Radical Liberal Raphael Warnock and the other guy.
Now Dems will have no excuses. Next two years we can rant about them instead.

Only thorn in their side is Joe Manchin...
