Well played, Bob.  hammer

First and most obvious to me is BANK, because who else on the board is most involved in lease
You could also argue that you get a BILL if you have a lease contract running.

Now as for the third clue I'm a bit of a loss and don't see any absolutely obvious.

As for returning to Ground 4. Well, that clue backfired spectacularly, because WELL was so obvious to all of us, but it seems that Amicalola may returned to his anti-clues he spoke of on my clues in our very first round. So I'm inclined to remove POOL from the list as like with WELL it is associated with water mostly and maybe Amicalola wanted to anti-clue those with Ground = Earth (element) != Water (element).
Luckily for us SPIKE was also removed, which was high on our list. I looked back on my initial list and I still have KIWI and CHICK there for two flightless birds living on the ground. Same goes for BUGs, which live mostly near or on the ground. There's also DWARF, which becomes way more likely with two of our ground guesses removed.

I would go BANK->BILL->BUG->DWARF->KIWI->CHICK for now

When I think of Lease I think of either leasing a car or some other piece of equipment, or 'having a lease' on a piece of land or dwelling of some kind. And, I don't really see too many connections with either definition.

*Bank - While you don't really apply for a lease the same way you do a loan, this still feels like a strong connection due to the money/contracting/application element of leasing.

*Jet - Planes can be leased. This seems somewhat out there compared to a car, but actually commercial airlines frequently lease large portions of their fleets, and jet leases have been in the news recently due to Russian sanctions causing some of their commercial jets to be repossessed.

*Tag - Getting really weak, but one leases cars and in the same transaction you'd apply or pay for a tag (license plate).

Post-spoilers, I concur on Bill as a better lease word. And given my instincts were so wrong about Ground I'm okay going with Charriu's animal word guesses.

David, you wanna chime in? If he doesn't respond soon feel free to point Charriu, we've had the turn for 48 hours.

I'll be cautious for now an

Point to Bank

Should we go BUG or BILL next? I tend towards BUG for a ground word.

I don’t love Bill but I have nothing for a third Lease word after Bank and Jet (how do you feel about Jet? I don’t see anything else which points to Lease at all…).

I’m fine to go Bug next and learn more about the Ground line. We’re way behind anyways so being aggressive is fine with me.
