With red I'm pretty sure we are looking at CANADA for the red in their flag.
The problem I don't see any obvious second words for red.
Yes, your FACE can become red.
There are also red STARs in the universe

At least CANADA seems to be a safe bet.

I saw it the exact same way. Red-faced and then Canada's signature color. A Red Giant Star is certainly a thing though and maybe is more direct than Canada, but red evokes the latter much more than star to me.

I thought there might be a red HAWK so I thought, of that, but CANADA is one I figured plus red STAR is the name of multiple high level soccer teams in Europe so am even higher on that.
