Yeah, my Hydra sorceress had that problem, trouble dealing with packs of mixed immunities because Hydra would shoot at the fire immunes.  How does that play out here without the timer - can you cast Hydra faster and accurately to concentrate on the cold immunes instead?  That clip doesn't really show it, those monster types aren't fire immune.

Real Annoying for a cold sorc. And I have been dealing with a lot of them since I was running a few Forge mules.

When McTyraelGal sees those, previously, she would switch to her battle gear and tele hop to the Forge, or decides it's not worth the time (because she does want to farm the entire lvl 85 area) and creates a new game.

It wasn't the best clip to show off the best moves, but I thought I would show how fun and intensive battle can be, how involving a FO/Hydra sorcy plays - not just dish out the same damage the same way all through the game.

I will see if I can catch a better vid...

I have not tested it yet. It feels it should cast as fast as your FCR allows. Although, it seems to be more picky you not cast it at the same spot. I am conscious to spread them out just a little.

Definitely having ToHit problem vs Uber D. Straight IK Set setup. I guess I will look in BoyToyz (Highend Unique Mule) stash and see what goodies he has hiding.



ImmortalAli's HP and Mana should never go down this low. That's not because he does not have enough leech, it's because he is not hitting enough to leech. That was embarrassing play on WW due to too many things going in my head, and can't really perform the Dance Of Death without a good supply of mana.... and the damn delay

Not bad for killing the Clone 2 times under prepared. The second Anni was better than the first.
So I am looking at ImmortalAli to set him up better and saw I still have 22 Skill points and ~100 stat points saved.  Bad habits!

McTyrael On Ladder Apr 30

It was a good thing the first ladder has began. The rush to farm runes to create Ladder Only runewords is over, and now I can finally concentrate on playing. But of course I have to establish a couple of toons in the new season in hope of bringing back some new runewords back to to Realm once this season ends.

That's AliBaba in mid NM about lvl 27 which I don't have to decide on what to do with him until he hits 30. Probably a Whirler with a Frenzy Barb Merc.

For sure, the first one out the gate is always a variation of McTyraelGal, here named McTyrael, just entered Hell Diff.
I thought I would take some advice on how to build a a sorceress this time around and put everything into vit other than what's needed to wear items. 
It Just Feel So Wrong..... And wow, I am going to use up all my stat points  

Here she is looking good in pictures, but what a mismatched first round outfit -
Iratha Crown for resists
Goldskin for resists
Ancients Pledge for resists
Venom Grip for Poison resist, nah, she really had nothing batter.
Random Fast WalkRun MF boots
Nagelring - What could be more important than the first handful of MF%?
Skull Splitter for the extra Attack Rating (NOT) Sadly, for the 20% mana regen. Drinking 4 blues just to hop around Dur 2 is just not right. She had a half decent Leaf but that left her low on resists and the Fire bonuses isn't helping much since Blizzard
Maybe it's time to pay Uncle Mephy some visits before moving on

This time around McTyrael is going to take advantage of the new and improved Hydra and make it a triple attacks build, together with Glacial Spike and Blizzard.

I'm surprised you didn't go for a spirit sword yet. It gives some 100 mana on average, which would be the equivalent of 50% faster mana regen since mana per second is always a percentage of total. On top of that, +2 skills through a 1p warmth would give 24% mana regen too.

Unless of course its part of your variant play, to disallow such items.

Edit: It also makes teleport cheaper.

She was busy getting to Hell and have not stop to think or farm gear yet, she plowed right thru and just slap on anything she has best in the moment. Shes has
Crystal Sword (Spirit) waiting for an Amn
Fuscina (Insight) waiting for a Tir. Not the best base but its the first and only base with 4 holes

EDIT: uh oh, spear NOT polearm

I am a pack rat. It is much easier to just trash items this time since I am only building maybe 2 toons and know I already have a big junk yard on Realm. It's painful to be a pack rat  I know most of these I would be never use but I've got to keep a good supply just in case, right?
