Note for blue team: once red is done, we should talk over our plans before our next clue, in case that helps the spymaster at all.

In that case, we're up. We've got two Wagner words and two Plague words to catch up on. And we have to assume we have to finish this round since red has only one left.
EUROPE works for either, or as overlap, so should probably be our first guess.
Plague as an AGENT of disease is a stretch, but I don't see anything else on the board that connects at all.
Similarly, MARCH for Wagner is also the best guess we can make out of anything that I can see.
(CHANGE was our only other proposal, but that was now taken off the board by red.)
I guess we're guessing those three in some order, and there are two words left beyond that, so Grillo should try to clue those as Unlimited. Of course, if we're off in there somehow, Grillo won't be able to tell us, since we need an unlimited clue anyhow. He could clue a 4 if somehow that makes everything tie together, but we'd have a heck of a time sorting out which of our first three proposals overlap with that which don't.

I`m really struggling to see any other words than those mentioned by T-hawk having any connection to either of our first two clues.
EUROPE works for both clues. My guess is that there is some overlap between the clues.
MARCH is at least connected to music and is probably blue.
The Russian Wagner group are basically mercenaries or AGENTs for the Russian army. I guess that AGENT of disease works too.

Why would you clue Wagner over, say, Beethoven or Bach? Surely it`s one out two reasons for that. Maybe Wagner is well-known for not making marches or perhaps there is a second or even third meaning of Wagner. Who knows?

Wagner is known for operas, compared to Beethoven or Bach who were symphonists. But I don't see anything that would connect to that. Maybe the opera singer is a FAIR lady? Although I wouldn't guess that unless the next clue also points to it somehow.
I also can't think of any other relevant meaning for Wagner. There are baseball players by that name, but there's no connection to that on the board that's any more than a really remote stretch.
