AUSTRALIA could be meant as the largest island. But beware the neverending debate of is it an island or a continent.

Pre-spoilers I could see...

Tokyo - largest city in Japan, one of largest on earth...not sure if it's THE largest or not but it's very large

Tower - Tallest makes more sense but we definitely measure and rate tower size

Boom - I specifically recall a Wikipedia article for the loudest sounds ever made

Mole - As a unit, not as an animal, it's a extremely large number

Millionaire - Not so much today, but in older works of fiction this was akin to the largest conceivable amount of wealth

I didn't consider Australia because to me it's clearly a continent and therefore one of the smallest of that set. But if one sees it as an island then it fits perfectly.

Ultimately, I think the guess is Toyko. It's clearly the largest city in Japan and maybe the largest in the world. What makes me a bit apprehensive is "Largest" vs "Biggest." I feel like Biggest would still get Whale and Jupiter and, at least in my experience, Biggest is relatively more likely to describe a city's population versus a country's surface area. In other words in the US I'd always say Alaska is the largest state but might say New York is the biggest city. Largest city works fine too but biggest state does not.

All that's probably unnecessarily cautious though, and on balance I still feel good versus Tokyo. Unless that is Whale isn't red and pindicator wanted us to guess the literal three largest items on the board...
