Trolling might be a bit strong description, but yes the spirit of that is more just-for-fun than any serious argument about anything.

(I didn't write the line, I stole it from another tweet.)
It's a quality fake-news item. The fake news presents facts that stand up to "fact-checking" - each of the elements there is true, Democrats couldn't cheat and Trump got more votes - while trying to lead towards correlations and inferences and conclusions that aren't there, but the people that already want to believe them will see them anyway. And this one goes onto another level - the left who wanted to think that the right would be duped by that immediately assumed that they would.
Ok, there's your facts. The Democrats couldn't cheat and Trump got more votes. And no court found otherwise.
You mean Trump got less votes and not the courts, independent auditors, non independent auditers (shudder), nor even Republican attorney generals found otherwise.
We've gone over this.... A LOT. Unless you have something new that isn't ad naseum, you may want to consider that maybe people just voted against Trump. Its not like he was one of the most corrupt presidents we've had, that also mismanaged foreign affairs, that also had a pandemic happen during his watch (like inflation top dollar gets the blame), and that also put out a lot of inflammatory rhetoric that some people liked and some people didn't. Like yes I can find reasons to vote against Trump, it isn't exactly hard. Again, now you only need the one reason that he attempted a coup, but there were plenty lesser ones before.
I was talking about that Twitter thing. I didn't extrapolate any conclusions to anything else. If you did, then you fell for exactly the fake-news trolling I was talking about.
I tend not to take the downfall of our democracy lightly. There are some things its better to be on the safe side of.
In slightly less serious note, I've never been good about being able to tell when people are kidding and its even harder in written only median.
Below is a good opinion piece that lambasts both sides of the isle pretty well for not supporting the Afghan Adjustment Act, so figured I would put it out there. I went ahead and contacted my local rep for whatever good it will do.
