I'm out of town on Saturday and Sunday as well, and Antisocialmunky said he'll sub for me (unspoiled outside of anything I've told him), and he'll have full orders. I'm going to have the tracker e-mail to him, but I don't think he can use the PBEM Tracker, so Serdoa, it'll be e-mailed to you. You should be able to use the tracker from there on.
Tatan, or Tatan's sub, you will have to e-mail the save to "rbpb3chasm" also at the so-called Don't Be Evil company's email address; it'll forward from there to him.

Just a thought but is there a reason he cannot use the PBEM Tracker?? i ask as when i subed for Cull in PBEM 4 i didnt need to log in as cull to get the save atall, i just: - went to the site,
- Created a Account,
- Clicked the link in their Tech thread to the game onn the tracker (http://pbemtracker.com/list.php?gameID=55),
- dowlloaded culls turn and played it
- Click Upload File and selected my save that was made in CIV automaticly at C:\Users\YOUR_PC_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\Saves\pbem\RBPBEM4 Greens\
- It filled in the form automaticly, left a comment hoping i did it right and clicked submit.
It sounds harder than it was but i dont think it should be too difficult to use the PBEM Tracker even as a sub.
1 question though, just to clarafy. If he cannot use it, do i sent the file to that email after todays turn??

You can send the file to that address starting tomorrow, if I can play, I'll get it at that address as well (it's our PB3 address, so it forwards to both me and ASM).
Although, I just checked the email account, and it wasn't there. It's a Gmail addy. rbpb3chasm

it got abit upset with me after i sent the E-Mail and said:

i can use my own account though to send the save along next time if i have smeged it royaly

Well, that is... strange. 
I can't imagine why it would do that; anyone know any reason gmail might freak? I don't really feel like giving out my phone number to Google [benevolent corporation they may be], so unless it magically fixes itself I guess I'll just start a new account for this game...

Two people in different geographical locations accessing your account, possibly implausibly close together in time. It thinks your account is being used by someone else without your knowledge, so it disabled it for 24 hours to give you time to figure this out.
I don't know how to make it think otherwise. If anything, using it from your normal computer/location might help, or at least present you an option to do something. Just waiting might also work.
Giving them a phone number is harmless but useless, as the point is to authenticate by sending you SMSs.

Turn played, Sent using my Email account. I also put it onto the tracker as a failsafe.

I've ran into this supposedly same problem: I couldn't make my own gmail account because it requires a phone number from me (but not from everyone!), so someone else created one for me. Then as I sent my first email out, it got automatically locked for 1 week with only fix being giving out your phone number. I'm not 100% sure if it's the same case here, but might be a better idea to just send the save from another email instead of waiting for it to be unlocked

Twas my Solution aswell :P i used the one i created to help out in PBEM 4.
