I have no strong opinion about Nogglefluger's Oopsie Request but I'm going to note that if you just proposed a dogpile of Rome in 10t then bulbing Machinery is absolutely the correct call.

I'm confused. Is Naufrager's moment of insanity waking up the GE and bulbing Machinery, or is it asking us to reverse this so he can use the GE on a very inexpensive wonder that he has the production multiplier for?

I'm not sure if you have formally implemente oopsie yet, but this is one such situation, I think.
And I'm sure the is a not reload solution possible. I have no problem, if Nauf gets his GE back.
Only possible problem: I'm not sure how active Ramk is in the moment.
(And if we forbid Nauf to build Xbows/wind/watermills, the game could go on ?)
Edit: what the insanity was is still up to debate

I find Gavagai's casual negging of the field quite amusing, especially when there are at least two teams he didn't name I'd classify as decent.
All the more funny if Superdeath gets a win off him. I assume Superdeath's won before, but still.

Superdeath has exactly one previous win: PB48, a tech-trading diplo-game that was dictated by trading alliances. He also had OldHarry doing the micro for the first 100 turns or so. I think this is the strongest game he's played solo.

Is there a string argument against reloading, if Ramk apparently isn't around?

My bet is that Ramk is/was on easter holiday and should be back soon, but I think reloading at this stage is fine. I'm not an admin for this one though.

Every so often someone posts something that makes me go "Wtf? I thought I did that."

No iron. Luckily I was able to stretch way far out to get some. Oh well. Life goes on.
And again here, I had to load up the worldbuilder to confirm. He's right, despite it being on my checklist I missed putting iron by his capital. I hate that I've made so many of these errors, when I thought i was double and triple checking some of these things.

He has a 2v1 unit advantage, but i have 50% defenses AND plenty of strong units in there. Each of my units SHOULD be able to take 2 of his out... Right? Sigh, this whole war is stupid. Kinda. i wanted to tech in peace, and yes. Gavagai could have been a future target. However, Mjmd has been the softest target for the entire game. ENTIRE GAME. Yet it kinda feels like Gavagai is trying to ruin my game vs try to win himself. Whether that's true or not is up-to him, and the lurkerati.
I can really understand SD's despair in this, but it's also very reasonable from Gav's perspective. One of Gav's easiest predictable moves is to drag down the leader, and SD is leading this game even if it doesn't quite feel that way for him. SD also has his unfortunate reputation of not being a particularly good neighbor to contend with, and if Gav did go conquer Mjmd he wouldn't be able to do so safely.

Pushing for city-vis on someone is IMHO a big no-no if you want to have peaceful relations; reciprocal research-vis might be good though. (Posting this here since it seems over the line for a non-ded-luker)
