Yes, spend our money on the welfare of our own people instead of on destructions around the world. Realize we are not the super power we once were. Bullying and destruction don't work so good anymore. Use diplomacy.

Delusion Of Grandeur

Great Britain, the empire on which the sun never sets, is not so great anymore. The sun had set. While it still pretends, it is no longer relevant.

I am sure most of you, if not all, has seen this 2012 video by now, Why America Is The Greatest Country.



That was 12 years ago and we have gotten worse since the orange orangutan and the senile old war monger, and then again for another 5 more years of the same shit next term. That is a full generation of a downward spiral. (I think it actually started with Obama's Pivot To Asia policy.)

Like I have said, the us is still a super power and it doesn't have to follow Britain's path of degeneration. Be constructive, not destructive. Diplomacy and cooperation instead of suppression, blackmail and bullying. There can be a win win situation with cooperation among nations, if we want not just be the most powerful country, but the greatest country.

US decline has little to do with who happens to sit on the throne in Washington. A part is due to de-industrialisation following decisions made in the 70s and 80s. This has all kind of deleterious effects for state capabilty, the readiness of the armed forces and all-around societal decay. Moreover, there has recently been a democratisation of warfare. Ansar Allah, a run of the mill AK/Toyota-type militia has the ability to hit moving ships with ballistic missiles. Likewise, drone technology has a strong equalising effect on armed conflict.

Made for movies. That Nixon, the only potus to have resigned (just before his impeachment) got to make decisions that any potus there after have to follow. The secret agenda. Quite a plot twist too, to have thrown Taiwan under the bus, propped up China (PRC) with veto power in the UN, just so we can go to war with China over Taiwan, 50 years into the future. All the while, made a 180 degree turn (from using China to contain Russia) and pushed Russia and China to join force together. Brilliant move, NOT. The subplot is no less intriguing that we get to have a cold war vs Russia, (Continuously, no, guess we haven't won yet) with what previously known as the Soviet.

Not quite yet game over but heading that way. We have been the sole super power for so long, we don't know diplomacy anymore.

Real dumb move freezing hundreds of billions of dollars of Russian assets and advertise to the world "don't put all you eggs in the US basket".  Every sanctions and trade war policy against China hurts the us just as much if not more.  It is not sustainable. China might suffer a little in the short term but instead gets stronger to be more self sufficient. What boggles my mind is that these jokers in charge seeing what is not working, but still keep on pushing and double down on the same policy toward our own self-sabotage. Not Russia, not China, we are the architect of our own downfall. Yup, Trump wants to make the us great again, but Biden made China great.

Quick google search on youtuber reveals he is commonly seen as a shill for the CCP.

Listening to this, its not that he doesn't necessarily have some points, but that he blows them out of proportion. You can find plenty of these on both sides. Find some data and blow it out of context / proportion. If the video has GAME OVER for either China, US, or quite frankly any other nation, its not a good video. Easy easy red flag.
