Actually a pretty good article. Highlights some of the major differences (although the lengths Trump went to obstruct and keep are worth going into further) and highlights that the person who did the investigation and wrote the report was a Republican.

Does Taiwan have a functioning government and have agency to make their own decisions? Yes. They may not be recognized, but just like the US doesn't recognize Somaliland I would argue that is a country too.
I think even most American citizens (and for sure most others) would agree Iraq was a mistake.
