I'm getting Big Red OOS messages logging in now. I'm also not feeling great, so I'm going to hold off playing my turn until tomorrow morning. Thanks to whomever extended the timer already to accommodate that. My earlier login was just checking stuff out; I think I moved 1 unit, which I don't think should stop anyone else playing?

I am getting the same OOS message. I suspect Thrawn is the root cause of it as he is currently in game and is shown out of sync. I am definitely holding off playing until this is fixed.

OOS is usually caused by being online at the turn roll, and easily fixed by logging out.

Also, let this be a gentle reminder that while it's possible to stay logged in the entire time, you are encouraged to only log in to actually play the turn for a variety of reasons. (Several people have firewalls that bounce off each other, turn-split issues, trade requests, etc)

I know Have been trying to limit online time but I discuss the moves asynchronously between doing other things with my dedlurkers on discord and need to post a screenshot or check something to answer a question every now and then. It's my first civ4 game SP or MP so I'm working out the techs, how combat works. etc. However a couple of times I did get caught up by something else and just forgot to log off - will try to be better.

Also, while I've been trying to make the game work it has been a struggle and it might be better to just step away. I'll post a sub request in the general forum but will continue until there is someone who can reliably take over. Would love to finish but such is life
