PBEM 8: E-mail & Technical Issues

i'm having problems with tracker. i can download and play okay but when i upload a turn although it says message submitted okay it still says its my turn even after refreshing the page

i've e-mailed the save to willem to keep game going, any ideas? i know i don't have this problem with PBEM10

That's odd. I have no idea why it wouldn't work.

I've no idea. I've never used pbemtracker and I don't know how it should work. However since it seems to be very sensitive to save names you could check the name of your save and try to guess what pbemtracker expects it to be and test.

Maybe make sure it's sent to the right person when uploading it? Not sure what else could be causing it.

i'm still having trouble with Tracker and i think i've checked and done everything i can.

Can MB just check he's set up okay for this game as i've noticed when you view turns, tracker doesn't show any saves going from MB to StM as well.

this is exactly what happens to me turn uploaded successful message comes up but what actually happens to the save? we don't seem to have this problem in PBEM10 so perhaps its just a random bug

Could it be because the 2 of you tried to upload the game onto PBEMtracker during the first instance of the game on PBEMtracker? (which we had to change since the file names were different) Maybe the error from there means the game is 'glued' to that game on PBEMtracker? (as in you can only upload the game on that game and not any others) Maybe shutting down the previous game would work?

Who has the save BTW?

I'll have to go to Portugal starting this Sunday noon till probably Thursday next week. If some lurker would be up for doing some moves (not that I know what I am doing or anything) that would be great.
