T199 - 385 AD: Imperial Overview
Whip Plain silly for 2 pop to finish the granary. Overflow into a library.
Swap Copper Central from War Elephant --> Hwacha
Plan to double-whip a confucian monastary at Golden Arches when it goes to size 4, this will bring in the border pop faster which will benefit both archers and plain silly. This will also enable us to get full hammers for our forests near Golden Arches. Slow building the market is fine.
Ivory Towers will finish a Hwacha next turn. Has 5 turns of whip cooldown left.
Sealed Pigs will start a Hwacha, to doublewhip next turn into another Hwacha.
Swap Border Control from Confucian Missionary to Hwacha. Will double whip next turn, overflow into the missionary, overflow into another Hwacha. This will delay the missionary by one turn, but let us start the whip counter at Border Control, which will let us whip again sooner. Those additional pop points will only be providing produciton, so better to get it through the whip and grow some more :D.
Silver Dreams finishes a Lighthouse this turn, and has 15 turns of whip cooldown. I'll probably whip it for units when it goes to size 4.

There's a Confucion Missionary in Ivory Towers with a goto for Plain Silly. Missionary in Border Control (Building) is almost certainly for Silver Dreams then.
Golden Arches & Plain Silly will develop themselves. Everything else will be producing units during my turn.
We are +64 @ 0% and -80 @ 100% producing 164 beakers/turn, enough to finish CoL in 3 turns. I will run 0% for 4 turns and then max science for 3.
Did I mention that I'm an idiot and forgot we were on epic instead of normal speed and how that changed how many worker-turns it takes to get stuff done (most importantly 3 turn chop vs. 4 turn chop)? Redo the micro plan I had in my head.

Hwachas complete across the empire and are directed to border control.

Set Research to 100%, CoL due in 3.
Have to make a call in Ivory towers about what to make other than Hwachas. Settle on double-whipping a horse-archer, since that will have overflow hammers for the hwacha.
T205 - 475 AD
Borders pop at Ivory Towers.
Whip Ivory Towers for a HA to overflow into Hwacha.
T206 - 490 AD
More worker management, getting better roads up so that if/when you whip units out of the backline cities, they can actually get somewhere.
Totally forgot about Silver Dreams, will whip a Hwacha out of it and let the overflow go into the market.

Chichen Itza built in a faraway land.
CoL comes in, set research back to 0%, generating +71 GPT. Direct Research towards MetalCasting, it's a 5 turn tech. Other real option is Bureacracy, which is a 9 turn tech (at 100%). 100% rate is -82 GPT.
Whip a Hwacha out of Silver Dreams, that city really can't catch a break can it? :P

Willem is first to Music, getting the Great Artist.
Justinian has a sword and 2 chariots moving around our capital towards the barb city. Be aware and keep the swords on station there to steal it.
T209 - 535 AD
Justinian completes the hanging gardens.
Willem is 8 turns from Machinery
Hwacha's are due in Sealed Pigs and Ivory Towers, which will bring our total to 10. I leave it with you Whosit. Worker wise, it might be good to build a floodplain farm where Golden Arches can get at it so it can work gold and grow at the same time.
