I think its ten turns from here on out. I said SW of the peak because I was going by Kyan's earlier dot-map, but the exact placement probably doesn't matter too much.

Nice set. To be fair, that's a nice pair of neighbours. Mansa Musa is the best AI in game to have nearby in my view. He is rarely aggresive and is always willing to give his techs away in trade. Brennus isn't too bad either.

Nice set Tatan. Can i ask, TT, to take a picture of our lands after your set with resource indicators on?

Dotmaps are made to be re-written and city spam is usually a good option here.

Since this is the first time through, I figure we can just do a perma switch, and have Kyan go fourth and let TT finish up the order every time through.

I figured you guys would want to discuss it rather than me just doing it though, so:



There's not enough food around to use it all up on one super city. I vote we REX and claim these two asap starting with purple for landgrab reasons. We can backfill later if necessary but the ivory site is too weak and has no food. We already have control over one of the tiles anyway so get the happy benefit and ivory is a weak yield tile.

I'm good with that plan.

We can irrigate the 8 grasslands in between orange, red, and purple for a decent filler city. Ivory is a very weak tile yield for a resource and there is no food, so I agree that that site is mostly useless to us now anyway.

If you wanted to be really aggressive, you could push purple up against Mansa's borders and box him in, but who knows if the fog down there has any resources.

The only other change might be to push the purple city NW to give us more room to plant another coastal city below red.
