PBEM 8: E-mail & Technical Issues

Anyone know how to fix it? Or even what is causing it?

Make sure you delete the old save for the next player before replaying a turn. Overwriting old saves is known to cause problems.
I have to run.

Ad hoc and meatbalz should check whether the problem was present in the save they received or did it occur during their turn. Serdoa sent 2 saves to pbemtracker so hopefully ad hoc took the right one.

Latest save in pbemtracker has WK in anarchy. Most likely Ad hoc took the wrong save and he has to replay.

In the interest of keeping this game going, Ad Hoc and meatbalz, could you guys check the save you just played to see if in the game log it says that Warriorknight adopted Representation and post the results here? Somewhere along the line we are going to have to replay turns, but it would probably help to know where to start replaying.

I sent a PM to ad hoc. He'll be able to check the saves in about about 3h.

i've just played and sent onto MB, i couldn't see anything wrong with either save

Just got the save and I'm still in anarchy. banghead

ad hoc, are you sure both saves are fine? If so then maybe it happened again somewhere. plako, are you able to check where the problem is?

I'll try. Ad hoc and and meatbalz. Could you send your latest saves to me.

I think it might be a problem on my end. The save I got the second time didn't have the issue in the log, but in playing I realized after ending turn that I had not exactly duplicated as I played the first time, so I went back and replayed. I only recently realized that the correct save I downloaded the second time saved to a different spot (my downloads instead of the pbem8 folder) so thus didn't replace the bad one and when I reloaded the save from in-game I probably loaded the older version. Let me try resending it before we try anything else.
