Well if I get the Combo I have in mind, I might even have a stab at the midweek lottery 
Did we come up with a convenient turn order at all? Based on what I can see it's looking like:
Ruff_Hi (GMT -5, can play midnight to 5am GMT Time)
adhoc (GMT - can play early am or later pm)
Twinkletoes (GMT - can play most of the day)
Pegasus (GMT - can possibly play early am - but more likely pm similar to novice / spacemanmf)
novice / spacemanmf (GMT-1 / GMT - can play 20:00 to 23:00 GMT)
Feel free to rearrange.

I guess it's probably too late to change anything, but after thinking more about the leaders we banned in PBEM 11, I think it would be better to ban Huayna Capac (fin/ind) instead of Ghandhi (spi/phi). Banning leaders is supposed to open up more options for people to choose, but as it is I'd be shocked if noone picked Huayna Capac. Ghandhi... I dunno, people seem to have widely varying opinions on both those traits.

One option would be to update the original list to include PBEM12's choices, since those choices were made under the same rubric as Tatan's list: no restrictions on leader or civ selection.
This would also ban Korea (now at 3 selections), and Shaka (now at 2 selections). Or, 17 leaders and 9 civs.
