For some reason GuildWiki has been either down or really really laggy for me. I don't know if its the same for everone else. Its where I usually go to find out where any of the elites are. Anyways, I made a list of each profession's NF elites gathering the info from GuildWiki. Feel free to help me fill in any blanks, add to any existing locations for caps, or correct any that are incorrect.
If you REALLY want to find these caps on your own, don't read the rest of this forum. 
EDIT: Any Boss with a link has a location that has been confirmed by me and marked with a red dot (in places that can be viewed using the world map "M") otherwise it is usually marked by the player marker on the "U" map unless otherwise noted. I'll do this when I have time and if I remember.
