When I heard stagnation was coming back I didn't expect to add screwed diplomatic relations! I suspect this one is going to be even harder then the previous and I didn't do well with that.

Where did those improvements in the screen shot come from? Did we capture them from barbs?

I enjoy the economic side of Civ, so this looks like a lot of fun.

I am very curious to see what the designer has to say after the game closes, though. Is that spectacularly lousy city placement an AI legacy, or a special "gift" from the designer? Each of the five could be significantly improved by shifting it one tile. Of course, you've specifically prevented us from letting the AI raze them. rant

Time to get to work.

Really? I think they're all fine, probably where I would have put them. Kyoto could be better 1E, but presumably the pigs weren't in view when the capital was settled. The other cities look fine to me.

Yeah, I would like to have a clarification in regards to this question too. I haven't opened the file yet, but the game might reach that point where the UN shows up with the free religion civic. What happens then?
