This was a cool game. I had fun playing it and reading yours. I was surprised that the Mrrshans were so peaceful for most of the opening game. Good kitties! Heck, Narzina was relatively well behaved.

Thanks, KnTenshi! The advertising poster I created for the game description came together as soon as I asked myself, "So who would represent an archaeologist who's really good at fighting?" but I enjoyed writing this report from the perspective closer to Dr. Marcus Brody's than that of Dr. Henry Jones Jr.

(If anyone's confused by all the *dancing* and *frumple* references, as well as some others to things like Yehat named Freep-Eep, these are in-jokes among those who played Star Control 2 in the 90s.)

Well I was somewhat confused by some references but really enjoyed the report none the less. This game epitomises the concept; despite setbacks from strong Silicoids and stronger Meklars the bears overcome with suicide transports by the bucket-load! Well, what else can you expect from the sponsor!

Great game.

PS. The Mrrshan had Radiated in their tree with Soil & IT+40, the Darloks had Radiated with BTA and were the safe bet, as you noted.
