Haha, yes I hadn't noticed that. To be fair, I had reduced them to a vassalised shell for quite some time, although they were pretty backward anyway. They seemed to get hemmed in pretty easily and had a long thin city arrangement.

Monty's armies never amounted to anything, unlike the fairly decent stack that Hannibal had put together. At one point I thought that stack included Cavalry, which had me a bit worried. It was only after a reading the stack list a few times that I noticed the word "Numidian" too!
