No one seems to object. Maybe we should start getting approval to some resolutions. I've few in my mind:
* No mines. Only ecological windmills are allowed.
* Copper non-proliferation treaty. Punish anyone new trying to build weapons of mass destruction.

Since I've met everyone I might as well be less cryptic. Mackoti declared war against Luddite at the beginning of this turn. During previous turn Ioan (Mackoti's dedicated lurker). Were logged in shortly in the beginning of the turn and a longer time after 6h from the previous turn had passed (at least it seems like that from civstats). I haven't discussed with either of them, but I guess that Luddite thinks some relevant units were moved after 6h mark previous turn that were used against him this turn.

UN is at your service. You can contact me or some other full member of UN, if you think that would be helpful to sort this out.
