I will come back to this tonight or tomorrow with details, but here's a quick summary:
I got the Baron and his entourage free of Limbo, built a bunch of cities, and was starting to take the fight to the goody-two-shoes. I managed to kill off their heroes and first attacking stacks, and was ready to start pushing on their cities. I thought 'well, looks like we've got this under control, it's time to switch to Hyborem while it's still early and I can get a bunch of manes'. The AI ought to be able to fight to a standstill while I build off in a corner, right?
I was wrong. Hyborem spawned in Basium's backlines, and I was crushed under the weight of Angels within 5 turns. So all I get is the star of werewolves, didn't even win the game. It was a blast, though! Even if I did underestimate the threat.
And I'm not sure what you changed, Bob, from the last adventure, but this one felt like a true always war game; the AI's kept the pressure on quite nicely.
