How to mod the game?

As title, i want to try making some small changes, like modding Serena to have a wand slot instead of hte useless sword slot...

hello. everyone on this board, i'm new hear. this game is my most favorite game too. i've read many posts in this board but i don't see thing that i search for days, it's about changing unit's figure (eg. change hero figure to be like normal unit). if it possibly to change it? i think it's look cool to see hero different (& i miss for old 'Guise' spell in V.1.0).

First of all, welcome.

I'm not sure to understand you request, if you want to change the look of the hero you can use the Tweaker.
However finding how to mod the game can be also found here, along with a lot of features and ready to use mods.
First of all, I suggest you to install Insecticide Patch, to fix a lot of bugs.

Finally I suggest the moderator to merge this thread with http://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/showt...p?tid=5066 and delete this sentence.

I downloaded patch already and sink in playing MoM again. Many thanks to guys on this site that make this game better.
