So I thought it would be a good idea to get a bit more organized, especially since we are about to meet the second team. I would suggest that everyone becomes involved in one (or more) parts, so that we have nice coverage of everything. For the moment, I think we need the following:
-Turnplayer(s): HAK, Mortius
-C&D : kjn, stonaq,Sareln
-Diplomacy: nabaxo(?), LP,Azza,Herander
-Planning: Mortius, LP
Is there any category (or categories) I missed at the moment?
Since I have done neither of those things, I do not really care where I end up, but I would prefer C&D. I'll try to update this as we proceed.

Well, I signed on originally to be one of the primary turn-players so that's where you can put me. I totally suck at C&D and Diplomacy.
PS. I'll be almost totally completely without Civ from 7/24 through 7/28, so others will need to take care of the turn-playing.

I think HitAnyKey and Mortius are already primary and secondary as turn-players. I can do it in a pinch when asked (like now), and I guess most others also will be able to.
I seem to have taken the lead in C&D, but would really like someone experienced to help out once we get more contacts, have to check techs, and so on. Having someone to regularly take demo screen shots (and later of the graphs) would be a godsend - I have set up a shared dropbox folder (writable for members - PM me your e-mail to be invited) for this.
Diplo is probably the biggest hole we have right now.
Planning - Mortius seems to have taken on that with a vengeance, and LP is no mean guy there either, I think. This is small right now, but once we hit several cities it will grow - strategic planning, wonder planning, war plans and preparations, research and strategy...

Yup, I suck at diplomacy :neenernee, and I am not so good with C&D.
That leaves only Planning and Turn-playing  OK I am in

I think nabaxo mentioned an interest in diplo a while back? I could help out with some diplo, but I don't have a lot of time for it right now. Otherwise I'm good with planning.

If we're desperate for diplo, I'm happy to volunteer, but know myself there's surely better options.

Woo-hoo! I've found my niche. Not exactly saying I'm great at writing a lot and saying very little, but I do know that I am better than many at putting words together into cogent sentences. As long as I am not expected to be available all the time, I will gladly communicate with other teams on our behalf.

I guess I'm coordinating closely with kjn? I'm not going to be able to log in all liklihood to gather data, so just the analysis side of things.

I have set up a shared dropbox folder for saving screen shots and where we can store any spreadsheets and so on. PM me your e-mail to get access to it.
We should probably get some spreadsheet to store and track changes, but I'm no spreadsheet guy - I can use them, but I'm not great in creating them. Easiest would of course be to just filch the ISDG one...
