Our team is composed almost entirely of lurkers.
Nobody feels responsible for anything.
No one is willing to dedicate even a little of their time to do anything for the team.
We have a captain who did not show up for a month.
(Sorry LP but PhD work is not an excuse to not spend even ten minutes a day for a team matters. After all, you are the captain of the team. You disregarded this game, and everyone else did the same.)
We have the C&D specialist who worked out all the opponent's actions in CFC Pitboss. If he wanted to spend even one tenth of the time that he is given to the CFC on team's matters, we would know everything about our opponents, ... but apparently he doesn't want to.
I feel like I'm playing this game alone. Although I can do both planning, turn playing and micromanagament myself. I can't do the same with diplomacy, because of the language deficiencies.
For now, in terms of infrastructure we are in the first place, we have 2 workers, and in 4 turns we will have 4 warriors, and will reach size 4, but all this would mean nothing without diplomacy. If we do not set the permanent exchange of diplomatic messages with other teams immediately we have lost the game at this point .......
If within 3 days we will not find the person or people who are willing and able to maintain the diplomatic relations with other teams on a daily basis, I'll ask the admin for a pause and for a decision what to do with the team next. If there is any chance for a substitute or if we need to switch the team to the AI.
