That's 1.75x base cost, so I'll use that in my planning

Edit: Ooooh - got it!

The team bonus isn't additive like CFC says, it's multiplicative!

So 120 (base cost of BW) x 1.25 (Immortal Difficulty) x 1.4 (large map) x 0.67 (quick speed) x 1.5 (1 teammate) = 210
Every multiplication is integer math, otherwise you'll get 211

For reference, the wheat is not wet, so that water we can see north of England is ocean.

Confirmed tech cost formula via F6 screen. Silly CFC strategy articles

So I guess the first question is where do we send the scouts? I don't know if anything we can see will get us to move

Weirdly enough, I don't see anything that would make us avoid SIP, so why not settle first and let our borders determine which way we want to send the scouts?

Rice is moved first-ring, so I think we still want WB-first but definitely Agriculture first for tech.

I think SIP first is smart.
Agri is probably right- with the higher tech costs we won't be able to get AH before Joao's first worker. But i want to plan out some options today and see what works
