Bob's Pathetic Game Summary [Mali, Incomplete]

I took a bunch of pictures and then deleted them like an idiot by accident when I was trying to clean out my Steam screencap archive duh I probably wouldn't have had the energy to make a genuine report though.

I got Mali; the AI was apparently struck by Civ V Syndrome, since both India and Egypt barely bothered with expansion, the latter only having two cities (and several unworked food resources within her borders). I took about a third of what should have been India's land, a little bit of Spain's and most of Egypts in one of the sloppiest games of Civ IV I've ever played. I never researched Archery for my UU, never used a single mounted unit save a couple sentry-promoted chariots, and absolutely cratered my economy by founding cities without proper worker support until my troops revolting made me realize I was losing gold at 0% science. None of it mattered though in the face of extreme AI passivity. None of the AI declared war on anyone else, save India attacking me with a few macemen right after I researched Rifling (and had recently adopted the drafting civic), which led to me eliminating them over the course of about a half-dozen turns. I then relieved Spain of their 5 or so cities on the main landmass (they also controlled almost every island, none of which I bothered fighting for), and was about to run over Egypt when I decided I was bored of the game and didn't feel like spending 4 more hours of my life playing out a forgone conclusion. Such is the fate of many a BTS SP game.

Thanks to T-Hawk for sponsoring the Adventure- I had fun almost throughout, since I quit once I felt the game was turning into a drag.
