Installed 10 on an desktop at work; seems marginally better than 8, but not an appreciable improvement over 7. Supposedly many wireless adapters also aren't optimized for it, I believe at least the TP-Link brand will simply default to using Win 8 drivers, which 10 supports.

I finally gave in when my win8 got a bit corrupted (mostly that intel ssd drive thingy), went reinstall and found the backup stick didn't have a clean version. That was about a month ago and I didn't find anything I can be grateful for (win10) since I really only use Photoshop and a browser.
I do notice a problem with Firefox since the upgrade. The graphic would tear, and it would occasionally hiccups being non responsive. Anyone one know if that is a known issue with firefox or win10. I am force to use chrome more and more... KoP |
