Getting pressure from Fenn to my east, but I've crippled his bcopter.

Pulling back from ipecac in the west, I don't have enough to keep up battle at the front.

Question: does the type of tile 1E of your 6hp recon do anything? I assume the building along the very top of the map produces land units. What does the Tesla Coil do?

1E of the recon in the latest picture is a neutral city. If you capture it with a foot solider, it produces funds for you to build units with, and also heals your land units that start the turn on it.
