Conjurer does not seem to work on the spells Summon Hero, Summon Champion and Incarnation.
Since these spells are summoning heroes and not fantastic units, I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or working correctly.
It can be easily fixed by looking at the spell's book category instead of the internal type (the internal type of hero summons is "other" and not summoning because they do not summon a generic units) if we classify it as a bug.
