Worst then murica is nothing. And fin is heavy nerf  that is not top 5 on this mod, philo is not top 6 and cre what can i say is the worst so I realy dont wanna play severe handicap.Lets see someone ditch imperialist or exp and get  the dutch guy...

I'm the one who ran the lists through random.org, and I have to admit, when I saw you got Willem/Liz/America, my reaction was, "You've got to be kidding me!" Trying to look on the bright side: It could have been worse in base BtS! (I suppose Tokugawa/Churchill of America is the universally reviled example?) And if this is the worst set possible, at least you're guaranteed something better on the second roll!

Still, I empathize; that was pretty rotten luck.
