In a galaxy, far, far away...

[this text is scrolling up and disappearing in the horizon]
The Darlock Empire has finally made peace in the whole galaxy.
The old obsolete human "relaxed" republic has been replaced by an "uneased" trade deal.

However, a small group of rebels has fled in the Orion sector, home of the Ancients, in order to steal some new weapon design codenamed "death ray". This threat to the Empire has been foreseen by the Emperor, who has dispatched his right hand, the DarSithLord Dar Win, to end the human threat once and for all.

[fade out, a medium spaceship escorted by two smalls are approaching a Terran type planet]
[change of scene in the control room of the planet]

Communication Officer - General, the DarSithLord Dar Win is approaching.

General - What? a DarSithLord is coming and I was not notified? What will he do here, do some lightsaber practice on small flying drones?

[The control room entrance slide open to reveal Dar Win who is brathing heavily]

Dar Win - General, what is the spy reports? Any news of SkyCrawler and his friend, the last of the Bulrathi race, ChewHerbalTea?

General - Well, nice to meet you too, Lord Dar Win. The humans are cowardly hiding behind a mutated bird race that calls themselves the Alkaris. They are also in cahoots with some other mutant race of cats called the Mrrshans, that we cannot reach since the merchant Silicoids have taken the North of the sector and are trying to steal the Orion technology for themselves and sell it to whoever wants to pay for weapons of mass destruction. There is also a race of ruthless lizards living in the nebula in the middle of the sector. They have threatened us already, but they have a hard time getting out of their world, since they are surrounded on all sides. We were about to send a colony ship in the small desert world west of us to start our advance towards the humans.

Dar Win - We need to get some intensive spy training right away. We will need them to steal their technology that they acquire from Orion, as we cannot approach that planet. The first DarSithLord was kicked out of Orion because he was not "good" enough for the Ancients. They put up a fearful Guardian to stop him from ever returning. But the guardian will let those inferior races tap into the Orion force.

General - Those are all old bedtime stories. We can deal with those mutants and humans the same way we dealt with the rest of the galaxy, by swarming them with our laser fighters. They are small and will not offer a big challenge. Since when do the Darlocks spy on people?, that is unheard of.

[Dar Win raises a hand and the general starts choking and drops dead]
Dar Win - Do NOT underestimate the power of Orion. Even though the DarSithLords have mastered the dark side of Orion, which will allow us to spy, and recon the whole sector, the other unnameable side is a threat, even in the hand of inferior races like the humans. Their ships will be better and faster than our own, their planet economy and defense will be stronger. If we want to secure the sector, we will need the power of the dark side to counter that.

[Turns to the "next in command"]
Dar Win - Send a colship to the desert world and put a small scooter on my ship so I can go look cool on the desert world by practicing with my double light saber.
